What we collect

When you ask for a ballpark quote, we collect what you type into the form: whether you are buying, selling or reviewing your own business, the type of business, an approximate price or revenue, the documents you have, your timeline, your email and any note you add. We use it only to reply to your request.

Documents

We never ask for financial documents through this website. If you engage us, documents are exchanged separately, held on secured storage, used only for that engagement, and deleted or returned after delivery as set out in the engagement letter. Nothing is shared with a seller, a broker or a lender without your written instruction.

Analytics

We may use Google Analytics to count visits to pages. It does not tell us who you are.
